1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "ph765" or "the Platform" refers to the online gaming website operated at ph765.org and all associated services, games, tools, and content available thereon.
• "Player" or "you" refers to any individual who registers an account with ph765 or otherwise accesses and uses the Platform.
• "Account" means the registered profile created by a Player upon successful completion of the ph765 registration process.
• "Real Money Play" means any gaming or betting activity conducted using actual Philippine Peso (₱) funds deposited into a Player's ph765 Account.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, welcome bonus, reload bonus, cashback, or other incentive credited to a Player's Account by ph765 under applicable promotional terms.
• "KYC" refers to the Know Your Customer process by which ph765 verifies a Player's identity, age, and other relevant personal information in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body under whose framework ph765 operates.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" means any territory from which access to ph765 is prohibited by applicable law.

2 Acceptance of Terms

2.1 By registering an Account, accessing the ph765 Platform, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions, the ph765 Privacy Policy, and all applicable game-specific rules and promotional terms published on the Platform from time to time.

2.2 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ph765 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings relating to the subject matter hereof.

2.3 ph765 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2.4 If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms or any subsequent amendments, you must immediately cease using the ph765 Platform and, if you hold an Account, contact ph765 customer support to arrange Account closure.

3 Eligibility

3.1 To be eligible to register and maintain a ph765 Account, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform;
• Be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law;
• Not be accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction;
• Not be a current employee, contractor, officer, or director of ph765, or an immediate family member of such a person, unless explicit written permission has been obtained;
• Not have a self-exclusion or account closure in force with ph765 at the time of registration or subsequent access;
• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process and at all subsequent times.

3.2 ph765 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including government-issued photo identification and proof of address. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the period specified by ph765 may result in Account suspension or closure.

4 Account Registration

4.1 Each Player is permitted to hold only one Account on the ph765 Platform. The registration of duplicate, connected, or collusive accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.2 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph765 Login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. ph765 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account that results from your failure to maintain credential security.

4.3 You must notify ph765 customer support immediately if you become aware of, or have reason to suspect, any unauthorized use of or access to your Account.

4.4 ph765 reserves the right to verify the identity of any Player at any time and to suspend Account access pending the completion of such verification. This includes, but is not limited to, verifying identity documents, proof of address, source of funds, and payment method ownership.

4.5 Account Closure

You may request the closure of your ph765 Account at any time by contacting customer support. Any eligible Account balance will be returned to your verified payment method following the satisfactory completion of all outstanding KYC requirements. ph765 may retain Account data as required by applicable law and regulatory obligations following closure.

5 Deposits & Payments

5.1 ph765 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, and Metrobank Online Banking. ph765 may add, modify, or remove available payment methods at its discretion and will provide reasonable notice of such changes.

5.2 The minimum deposit amount on ph765 is one hundred Philippine Pesos (₱100). No maximum deposit limit is specified in these Terms, although ph765 may impose individual or platform-wide limits for security and regulatory compliance purposes.

5.3 All funds deposited to your ph765 Account must originate from a payment method that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. ph765 reserves the right to reverse deposits made from unrecognised or third-party payment sources.

5.4 Deposits are processed in Philippine Pesos (₱) only. ph765 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs incurred through a Player's payment provider are the Player's sole responsibility.

5.5 ph765 does not charge Players fees for standard deposits. However, ph765 reserves the right to pass through third-party payment processing fees in exceptional circumstances, and will notify Players of any such charges in advance.

6 Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawal requests may only be made to payment methods that have been verified as belonging to the Account holder. ph765 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

6.2 All withdrawals are subject to the completion of KYC verification. ph765 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending receipt and review of satisfactory identity and payment verification documentation.

6.3 The minimum withdrawal amount is one hundred Philippine Pesos (₱100). ph765 targets GCash and PayMaya withdrawal processing within fifteen (15) minutes of request approval. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are targeted for processing within one (1) business hour. These timeframes are operational targets, not contractual guarantees, and may be subject to delays arising from third-party payment system issues.

6.4 ph765 does not charge Players fees for standard withdrawal processing. In cases where a withdrawal request must be returned due to incorrect payment details provided by the Player, the Player may bear any associated return fees imposed by the relevant payment provider.

6.5 ph765 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on large or unusual withdrawal requests. This may include requests for supporting documentation regarding source of funds.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 ph765 offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time. The terms, conditions, and wagering requirements applicable to each promotion are published alongside the relevant offer. In the event of conflict between these general Terms and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion.

7.2 Bonus funds credited to a Player's Account are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived therefrom may be withdrawn. Standard wagering requirements and eligible games are specified in each promotion's individual terms.

7.3 ph765 takes bonus abuse seriously. Conduct that ph765 reasonably determines to constitute bonus abuse — including, but not limited to, the use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, systematic exploitation of bonus terms, or collusion with other players — will result in the cancellation of bonus funds, forfeiture of associated winnings, and may result in permanent Account closure.

7.4 ph765 reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or cancel any promotional offer at any time. Players who have already validly claimed a promotion will not be prejudiced by subsequent modifications to that specific promotion.

8 Gaming Rules

8.1 All games available on ph765 are governed by their respective game rules, which are published within each game interface. In the event of a discrepancy between the game rules and the outcome displayed on the Player's device, the outcome recorded in ph765's central server logs shall be deemed definitive.

8.2 ph765 uses certified random number generation (RNG) technology for all applicable games. All game outcomes are generated independently and are not influenced by previous results, bet sizes, or Player account status.

8.3 In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or game error that affects the integrity of a game round, ph765 reserves the right to void affected bets and return staked amounts to Players. Bets that were completed and settled prior to any malfunction are not subject to retrospective voiding unless evidence of system compromise is established.

8.4 Live dealer games streamed on ph765 are subject to the rules announced by the dealer and displayed within the live game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules prior to placing bets.

9 Prohibited Conduct

9.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ph765 and will result in Account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of Account balances, and may be reported to PAGCOR and relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Using the Platform for any purpose that is unlawful under Philippine law or applicable international law;
• Registering or operating more than one Account;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration or during KYC verification;
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through the use of external software, bots, automated betting systems, or any form of artificial intelligence designed to circumvent game integrity;
• Engaging in collusion with other Players to gain an unfair advantage;
• Using stolen or fraudulently obtained payment instruments to fund your Account;
• Money laundering or using ph765 for the purposes of transmitting, concealing, or converting proceeds of criminal activity;
• Exploiting software bugs or glitches to gain an advantage and failing to report them to ph765 customer support promptly;
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour towards ph765 staff or other Players.

10 Responsible Gaming

10.1 ph765 provides all registered Players with access to the following responsible gaming tools at no charge: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and full self-exclusion.

10.2 Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly by ph765. Once self-exclusion is active, ph765 will take all reasonable steps to prevent you from accessing the Platform, including through marketing communications. Self-exclusion periods are a minimum of six (6) months and may be set for longer periods at the Player's request.

10.3 ph765 is prohibited from soliciting Players who are under a self-exclusion order with promotional material or re-registration offers.

10.4 ph765 trains its customer support staff to identify and respond sensitively to signs of problem gambling. Players who disclose gambling-related difficulties will be provided with information on available support resources and will have responsible gaming tools applied to their Account.

11 Intellectual Property

11.1 All content published on the ph765 Platform, including but not limited to software, source code, game logic, graphics, text, trademarks, logos, audio, and video materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of ph765 or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

11.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ph765 Platform for your personal entertainment in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the express prior written consent of ph765.

11.3 The ph765 name, logo, and associated branding elements are registered trademarks. Unauthorised use of ph765 trademarks is strictly prohibited.

12 Limitation of Liability

12.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph765 shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption of service, even if ph765 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

12.2 ph765's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money deposits made by that Player to their Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the date on which the relevant claim arose.

12.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits ph765's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited as a matter of Philippine law.

12.4 ph765 does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from technical disruptions. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, and force majeure events may affect Platform availability without giving rise to liability on the part of ph765.

13 Privacy

13.1 ph765 collects, processes, and retains personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and forms part of the agreement between ph765 and each Player. Players are encouraged to read the Privacy Policy in full.

13.2 By creating an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the ph765 Privacy Policy, including the sharing of your data with PAGCOR and other regulatory authorities as required by law.

13.3 ph765 implements industry-standard technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These include 256-bit SSL encryption across all Platform communications.

14 Amendments to These Terms

14.1 ph765 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to Players via email to the address registered on their Account and/or through a prominent notice on the ph765 Platform, with a minimum of seven (7) days' notice before the revised Terms take effect, except where a shorter notice period is required by law or urgent regulatory circumstances.

14.2 Players who do not wish to accept amended Terms may close their Account without penalty prior to the amended Terms taking effect. Account closure requests submitted in this context will be processed within five (5) business days, and any eligible Account balance will be returned promptly to the Player's verified payment method.

14.3 The most current version of these Terms is always available at ph765.org/terms-conditions. It is the Player's responsibility to review the Terms periodically.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

15.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

15.2 Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be referred to ph765 customer support for resolution. ph765 aims to resolve all Player complaints within ten (10) business days of receipt.

15.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal customer support processes, it may be referred to PAGCOR for regulatory mediation in accordance with applicable PAGCOR dispute resolution procedures.

15.4 For disputes that cannot be resolved through the above processes, the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

15.5 Nothing in this clause shall prevent ph765 from seeking urgent interim or injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its legitimate interests.
